I'm Hayley Milne! I am a 22 year old student at Southern Utah University studying dance performance and marketing. I am a dance and aerobics enthusiast.
HIGH Fitness is a new form of dance aerobics composed of tonic tracks and cardio peaks. My goal as an instructor is to help people become more healthy and empowered versions of themselves.
